DashboardFox Cloud Launch
Today we're launching DashboardFox Cloud — and for the next 90 days, it's completely free. No credit card. No feature restrictions. Full access from day one. We're calling this our Early Access period, and if you've been on the fence about DashboardFox, this is the best time to get in.

Why We Built a Cloud Version

For years we've heard the same thing from a specific type of prospect: they love what DashboardFox does, but they don't want to manage the infrastructure to run it. No IT team to handle deployments. No appetite for server maintenance. They just want to connect their data and build dashboards. We've always believed in giving people options — and for a long time, self-hosted was the only one we offered. That was the right call for a lot of customers. But it left a real gap for teams who wanted the power of DashboardFox without the overhead of running it themselves. DashboardFox Cloud fills that gap. Same engine. Same reporting. Same security model. We handle the infrastructure so you don't have to.

What DashboardFox Cloud Offers

The core product is the same one that's been battle-tested on-premise since 2020 — built on an engine we've been refining since 1999. What the cloud version adds is everything that becomes possible when we manage the stack:
  • Monthly Active User pricing — you pay based on who actually logs in, not how many seats you provision. Users who only receive scheduled email reports don't count toward your MAU at all.
  • White-label branding on every plan — your logo, your colors, your domain. No DashboardFox branding for your end users. This isn't a premium add-on; it's included from the entry tier.
  • Row-level security included — our Data Tags system handles per-user data filtering automatically. Competitors charge $500+/month for this. It's in every plan.
  • EU and US data regions — choose where your data lives. GDPR-ready from the start.
  • Dashboard FastCache — pre-rendered dashboards that load instantly, even on slow connections or large datasets. Available on higher tiers.
  • Managed infrastructure — updates, uptime, backups. Handled. You focus on the dashboards.
For agencies delivering client-facing dashboards, the cloud version is particularly well-suited. Multiple branded environments, MAU pricing that doesn't punish you for clients who log in infrequently, and white-label included — it's built for how agencies actually work.

Early Access: 90 Days Free

We're not calling this a "beta" because the product isn't in beta — it's the same proven engine our self-hosted customers have been running for years. What we're doing with Early Access is making sure the cloud platform, infrastructure, and onboarding are as solid as the product itself before we flip the switch to a standard trial model. That means real users, real workloads, and 90 days to put it through its paces. Here's how Early Access works:
  • 90 days free — full access to all features on your chosen plan
  • No credit card required — sign up and start building immediately
  • All plans included — from Starter through Enterprise, all free during Early Access
  • Early adopter offer — when Early Access ends, you'll receive a discounted rate to continue before we move to our standard pricing
After Early Access closes, new sign-ups will move to a standard 7-day free trial with a self-service 7-day extension available — no sales call required. The 90-day window is an Early Access exclusive.

Self-Hosted Isn't Going Anywhere

We want to be clear about this: DashboardFox self-hosted remains available, supported, and actively developed. If you want to run DashboardFox on your own infrastructure — Windows, Linux, or Docker — with a one-time perpetual license, that option is still here. The cloud launch isn't a replacement. It's an addition. Some teams need on-premise for compliance, data residency, or cost reasons. Others want managed infrastructure and the flexibility of subscription billing. Both are valid. Both are supported. Our sister product Yurbi also remains self-hosted only — purpose-built for OEM and embedded analytics use cases.

If you've been waiting for a cloud-hosted version of DashboardFox, the wait is over. Ninety days is a long time to explore — long enough to connect your data sources, build your dashboards, and know whether it fits the way your team works. Questions?
