Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be confident trying DashboardFox. This policy covers refunds for monthly and annual subscriptions and Lifetime Deal code purchases. If you have a question about a charge or need to request a refund, contact us at team@dashboardfox.com.
Subscriptions
30-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with DashboardFox, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription — whether monthly or annual. Contact us at team@dashboardfox.com within 30 days and we will process your refund promptly.
After 30 days
Subscription payments made after the 30-day window are non-refundable. We do not issue partial-period refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.
Monthly subscriptions
When you cancel a monthly subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation. No refund is issued for the remaining days in the billing period.
Annual subscriptions
When you cancel an annual subscription after the 30-day refund window, your access continues until the end of the paid annual period. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of an annual term. You will not be charged at renewal if you cancel before the renewal date.
Lifetime Deal codes
Lifetime Deal code purchases may be refunded in full within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable.
Once a Lifetime Deal code has been applied to a DashboardFox instance, it is permanently associated with that instance and cannot be moved, transferred to another instance, or refunded separately from the instance. The 30-day refund window still applies from the original purchase date regardless of when the code is applied.

Subscription credits
When you change subscription tiers within the same billing profile, any unused portion of your current billing period is applied as a credit toward your next invoice. Credits are applied automatically — you do not need to request them.
Exceptions and disputes
We handle billing disputes and exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, or if there are extenuating circumstances not covered by this policy, please contact us at team@dashboardfox.com and we will review your situation.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
