Review Incentive Program

The DashboardFox Review Incentive Program ("Program") rewards Lifetime Deal Code holders with free lifetime add-ons in exchange for honest, published reviews on approved third-party review platforms. These program terms are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and govern all participation in the Program.

Who can participate

Participation is open to any account holder who meets all of the following conditions:

• Has redeemed at least one Lifetime Deal Code to a Workspace owned by their account.
• The earliest Lifetime Deal Code redemption on any of their workspaces is at least fourteen (14) calendar days old. This waiting period is intended to ensure reviews reflect genuine product use.
• Has not been banned from a review platform. A ban on one platform does not prevent participation on another.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 5000fish, Inc. are not eligible to participate.

Approved platforms

The Program currently recognises reviews on three platforms: G2, Capterra, and SourceForge. Only reviews submitted on these platforms are eligible for Program credits. The list of approved platforms may be updated from time to time; at any given time, the platforms displayed in the "Earn Free Add-ons" tab within the management portal are the authoritative list.

Earning credits

Participants earn credits based on the number of approved reviews submitted across the approved platforms. Credits unlock the following lifetime add-ons:

• First approved review — one Custom Domain add-on and one Branding Policy add-on.
• Second approved review — five Public View Licenses.
• Third approved review (one on each platform) — two Named Users and an additional five Public View Licenses.

Only one review per platform per participant is eligible for a credit. Credits are issued to the participant's user account, not to any specific Workspace.

Specific add-on quantities and milestone reward structure are governed by the information displayed in the management portal at the time credits are issued. The values above reflect the Program as of the date of this document.

Submission and approval

To request a credit, a participant must submit the URL of their published review to 5000fish through the "Earn Free Add-ons" tab within the management portal. Optionally, a screenshot URL may be provided to assist review verification.

5000fish reviews submissions for eligibility and typically responds within two (2) business days. 5000fish is not bound by a strict service-level commitment for review processing, but commits to acting in good faith and reasonable diligence.

5000fish reserves the right to approve or reject any submission at its sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to: the URL does not resolve to a review by the submitter, the review is not yet publicly visible, the review has been removed by the platform, the submitter has been banned from the platform, or the content of the review violates the platform's own guidelines.

Rejection types and resubmission

If a submission is rejected, the reason determines whether resubmission is permitted:

• Admin QA failed — the submission requires correction (for example, an incorrect URL). The participant may resubmit to the same platform without limit.
• Not yet published — the review is not yet publicly visible at the submitted URL. The participant may resubmit once the review is published. This rejection does not count against any retry allowance.
• Platform rejected — the platform declined to publish the review, or the content of the review was not accepted by the platform. The participant may resubmit once; after a second platform-rejected outcome for a given platform, that platform is closed for the participant's account under the Program.
• Platform banned — the platform has indicated that the participant is not permitted to review, or the participant's conduct on the platform disqualifies them from the Program. That platform is permanently closed for the participant's account; other platforms remain available.

Redeeming credits

Earned credits must be redeemed by the participant to a specific Workspace the participant owns and that has at least one active Lifetime Deal Code applied. Credits cannot be redeemed to subscription-only workspaces, to workspaces owned by another party, or held on account as a non-applied balance indefinitely. Credits do not expire while the participant has at least one eligible Workspace, but remain non-transferable.

Redemption is a one-time, permanent action. Once a credit is applied to a Workspace, it cannot be moved to a different Workspace or converted to cash.

Relationship to Lifetime Deal Code refunds

If a Lifetime Deal Code is refunded and, as a result, a Workspace loses all of its active Lifetime Deal Codes:

• All add-ons on that Workspace — whether purchased or earned through this Program — are deactivated in accordance with the Terms of Service.
• If the participant has no other Workspace with an active Lifetime Deal Code at the time of the refund cascade, any unredeemed credits held by the participant are voided.
• If the participant has at least one other Workspace with an active Lifetime Deal Code, unredeemed credits remain available for redemption to any of those remaining eligible Workspaces.

Credits that were previously redeemed and thereby granted add-on capacity to a Workspace are recorded on the participant's account for audit purposes, even where the associated add-on has been deactivated as a result of refund cascade.

Re-obtaining a Lifetime Deal Code after a refund does not restore previously voided credits.

Honesty, disclosure, and platform rules

Participants agree that each submitted review:

• Is the participant's own honest opinion of DashboardFox, based on genuine use of the product.
• Is disclosed as an incentivised review to the extent required by the relevant platform's disclosure policy and applicable law, including but not limited to the United States Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides.
• Complies with the review platform's own guidelines and terms of service.

5000fish does not require positive reviews. Credits are granted based on the existence of an approved, published review — not on its sentiment. Submissions that appear to have been coordinated, falsified, purchased through third parties, or produced by automated means are ineligible and may result in termination of Program participation and deactivation of previously granted credits.

Resale, transfer, and abuse

Credits and add-ons earned through the Program are issued to the participant personally and are non-transferable. Selling, trading, brokering, or otherwise transferring earned credits to a third party is not permitted. Accounts found to be in violation may have Program credits revoked, add-ons granted through the Program deactivated, and be excluded from future Program participation, without prejudice to 5000fish's other rights under the Terms of Service.

Modification and discontinuation

5000fish reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, including the list of approved platforms, the credit structure, the add-ons granted, the eligibility criteria, and the submission process. Credits already earned and redeemed before a Program change remain in effect as granted. Pending submissions at the time of a material change will be processed under the Program rules in effect at the time of submission.

5000fish will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate material Program changes to eligible participants through the management portal or by email to the account holder's address on file.

No cash value

Credits earned through the Program have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, account credit outside the Program, or any other form of compensation other than the add-ons specified in this document.

Tax

Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from Program participation in their jurisdiction. 5000fish does not provide tax advice and will not issue tax forms in respect of Program credits, as they constitute non-cash product features rather than monetary compensation.

Governing terms

Program participation is governed by these rules together with the DashboardFox Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict between these rules and the general Terms of Service, these rules govern exclusively with respect to Program matters.
